Return Conditions
- 30-Day Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy of the receipt.
- Return Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items returned damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale merchandise
- Products that have been significantly used
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within the 30 days of purchase. Please note that all exchange conditions apply as stated above in the “Return Conditions.”
